Singer-songwriter Jakob Dylan is selling his home in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood.
The Spanish-style estate, listed at $11 million, includes a five-bedroom main house, a two-story guesthouse and a second guesthouse currently being used as a recording studio, the Los Angeles Times reports. The gated home has eight bathrooms, seven fireplaces, a lap pool and spa.
Jakob, 39, is the son of music legend Bob Dylan and is best known as the lead singer and songwriter of the rock band The Wallflowers. Jakob’s latest album, Seeing Things, was released in May.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz reflects on a busy year in which she married rocker Pete Wentz and became a mom.
"It was the greatest year of my life," Ashlee told reporters before celebrating New Year’s Eve with Pete at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas, according to People magazine.
"I don’t know if I can have high expectations for 2009 because 2008 was so good," said Ashlee, who added that her baby son Bronx Mowgli wan napping back at the hotel with a babysitter. "He’s the best thing that ever happened to me," she said of her son, who was born in November.

‘Yes Man’ actress Zooey Deschanel is marrying an indie rocker — and now we have a shot of her engagement ring!
The diamond ring is from star jeweler Neil Lane. Earlier this week, ET confirmed that Zooey, 28, got engaged to Death Cab for Cutie singer and Postal Service musician Ben Gibbard, 32, right before the holidays.
In addition to her recent engagement and acting alongside Jim Carey this year, Zooey also released her first album with her group She & Him, titled Volume One.

ET is taking a look back at the biggest divorces of last year and looking ahead at whether 2009 will be another big year for Hollywood splits.
The biggest divorce news came at the end of of 2008 when the marriage of Madonna and Guy Ritchie unravelled in mid-October. It was thought that financial and custody issues could lengthen the divorce process, but OK! magazine’s Laura Lane says the British courts had nearly made it official by year’s end. "Surprisingly the divorce is almost done and everything will be finalized in early 2009," Lane said.
Earlier this month, Ivana Trump announced her separation from Rossano Rubicondi, whom she married last April. "This is her fourth husband, and she’ll quickly get this over with in 2009," Lane said.

Jonas Brothers Make Gratitude List for 2008
The Jonas Brothers are getting ready for 2009 by listing what they’re grateful for in 2008.
"There are probably not enough words to describe what an amazing year we have lived in 2008," the brothers wrote in a MySpace blog.
Nick, Joe and Kevin’s long list of thanks included: the opportunity to be on the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tour; the launch of Camp Rock in the US and around the world; their first American Music Award for Breakthrough Artist; and their first ever Teen Choice Award and Kids Choice Award.
NYPD Fears New Year’s ‘Mob Scene’ For Jonas Brothers
The New York Police Department may be calling for backup at the New Year’s Eve performance by Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas.
The Jonas Brothers are performing in Times Square for "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest" and NYPD sources say it could result in a "mob scene," according to People magazine.
"So they’re now planning on using extra [security] men for support," a source tells People. "It’s going to be crazy because everyone will be in Times Square to watch them perform on the show."
Madonna’s Tour Sets 2008 Record
Madonna’s Sticky & Sweet tour is being called the highest grossing tour in North America this year.
The concerts had tickets sales of over $105 million in North America and $280 million worldwide, Pollstar reports.
The Sticky & Sweet tour to promote Madonna’s album Hard Candy was the singer’s first venture since signing a deal with Live Nation, reportedly worth about $120 million.

Eartha Kitt Passes Away at 81
Sultry singer, actress and dancer Eartha Kitt has passed away. She was 81.
The performer and self-proclaimed "sex kitten" died Thursday of colon cancer, family friend Andrew Freedman tells the Associated Press.
Kitt was recently treated for her condition at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York, says the AP.
Health Update: Backstreet Boys’ Son Home for the Holidays
Leighanne Littrell, wife of Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell, talks about their son Baylee’s medical condition after the six-year-old was hospitalized last week.
"There were a lot of stories going around, a lot of wrong information on what was going on," Leighanne tells OK! magazine. "I had heard stories that his heart had hardened or people thought he had cancer, and I just didnt want it to get so blown up."
"Before being admitted, Baylee had been treated for or thought to have had strep throat, hand, foot, mouth disease and erythema multiforme. After receiving a biopsy, blood tests, an EKG and 2 echocardiograms, Baylee was finally diagnosed with A-Typical Kawasaki Disease," Brian had blogged about his son’s condition.
